Did nothing much lately. I just did a lot of physical activities lately. I want to get myself prep for the coming expedition. Played basketball yesterday. i ran around the court before i start to play. I want to built up my stamina. I almost kill myself that day cause i went to play after the rain just stopped and the court was wet. So went i was dribbling i slip and almost fell. Luckily i could regain my balance but as a result i hurt my muscle on my leg maybe it is due to the sudden movement. My leg still hurt now.
Today i played badminton in the club. Played for almost three hours. I have no skill already as i did not play for so long. I don't feel any muscle aching now but i am for sure that when i wake up tomorrow it will ache. I sweat like i never sweat before........ LOL. On the way back i hurt my leg. I got a cut on my leg. Ouch damn painleh...
Later i played basketball again i did the same thing like yesterday. I played 1 on 1 with a stranger today. He made me run like crazy to block him. He move so fast and he his good in dribbling the ball. While playing i almost twisted my ankle because off wanting to save the ball from going out. Luckily it was not serious, the pain is gone now.
Tomorrow i will be going to the club again to play badminton.........
I hope that all this physical exercise will make me be more alert and ready for the expedition.
Most importantly i don't slack around during the expedition.
I must be able to keep up with everybody else........... although i am big size....
Big size got big stamina....... LOL (joking la)
